Our Determination Must be as Strong as Fiber.

Eating fibrous fruits like apple and also vegetables is a good way to a permanent weight loss. To make it a permanent to loss weight we need to eat fibrous fruits and vegetables in a regular basis, not just once or twice but at a regular basis, once a day or twice a day.

Fiber expands in our stomach so it takes less food to satisfy our hunger which is a good way to a permanent weight loss. But let’s not focus only on fiber alone because there are still a lot of things we need to consider if we want weight loss.



One thing to consider is our determination to lose weight and to maintain it that way. The major reason people on lose weight program get discouraged because of the lack in determination. 

In a permanent weight loss program we may encounter weight plateaus, there are times when instead of losing weight you gain more, but it usually happens. 

The one thing that we should consider is that we make health as our goal and not mainly just losing weight. So always remember that fiber is our friend but fiber can’t help us if we lack the determination to maintain a permanent weight loss program.
