Cola and Beer: Keep Out.

To acquire a perfect permanent weight loss lifestyle means to give up the bad habits that we have. 

An example of our bad habits is colas and beer. Most of us drink colas and beer during and after eating. Colas and beer contain so much carbohydrates that excess of it are only stored in the body as fat. The term “beer belly” is taken from the effects of drinking beer that develops excess fat in your belly.

The more cola and beer we drink the more excess fat is stored in our body and the more weight we gain. It is clear that if we want to have a permanent weight loss we need to give up drinking colas and beer.



But wait, we must consider the fact that we want a permanent weight loss and to achieve that we need to do it gradually. A gradual regression of drinking cola and beer will eventually lead us to a perfect and weight loss. 

While we are on a gradual intake of cola and beer it is suggested that we replace it with water. Water is our friend when it comes to permanent weight loss program, and let’s not forget that water is life. 

With the help of regular exercise and proper food consumption as part of our lifestyle then we can achieve a permanent weight loss program.
